For shipments outside the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, Please find the below costs plus vat

Deliveries will be dispatched within 2 working days, if goods are in stock. Some products are pre-ordered will be dispatched within 7-10 working days

Exchanges will be subject to a re-delivery charge of €9.99 + VAT

Goods for exchange or refund must be returned to Ennis Safety Wear Ltd, Unit 5 Portside Business Centre, Eastwall Road, Dublin 3 D03FK71

All goods returned for exchange or refund must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

You may return any item bought from our website within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
– Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
– Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
– Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 2 working days. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
