Ennis Safety Wear aims to deliver all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest standards of service. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, branding requirements, supplier lead times, and seasonal demand, normal delivery is 7-10 working days

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes will be advised at the time of order or order confirmation
Branded, embroidered, or customised items require additional processing time
During peak periods (including Christmas), deliveries may take longer than usual

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Ennis Safety Wear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Supplier delays or stock availability
Courier or transport issues
Seasonal demand
Events outside our reasonable control

In the event of a delay, our team will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Christmas & Peak Periods

During busy periods, including Christmas:

Orders placed after advertised cut-off dates are not guaranteed for delivery before Christmas
Increased demand may result in longer lead times

Customers with urgent requirements are advised to contact our team before placing an order.

Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

Inspection on Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt.
Any issues, shortages, or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

I have used ESW workwear on numerous occassions, The quality of work wear is fantastic , only matched by their knowledge and techical explaination of the rates and standard of clothing required for different industries, Their advice offered when selecting clothing , and ability to explain why certain colours , levels and hi-vis banding matters to ensure your safety standards are meet to the highest levels is very helpful and resfreshing to hear and see, it is reasuring that they know their products and reasoning behind all the different types of clothing which makes selection easier while knowing you choose the right level for the job at hand. I also used their brading service which is top class and very professional, it just finishes off the product to give that professonal look every time ..
