Online customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Return Postage:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Ennis Safety Wear.
Exchanges:
Where an exchange is requested within the 14-day period, Ennis Safety Wear will dispatch the replacement item free of charge.
After 14 Days:
Returns requested outside of the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges may be offered at Ennis Safety Wear’s discretion, and delivery charges for the exchange will apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
Branded, embroidered, customised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless faulty.
